Hi, I’m Eve.
Fifteen years inside the world's most demanding households taught me one thing.
Every family deserves a plan that actually works, not advice pulled from a book that doesn't know their baby.
My Story
This is my second career. In many ways, my second chance.
I'm a mother of three grown sons and a wonderful daughter. And if I'm honest, I spent their early years doing what most parents do, leaning on advice from family, friends, and anyone who had done it before and hoping for the best.
Had I known then what I know now, so much of that exhaustion could have been avoided. Not because I was doing anything wrong. But because no one had ever taught me that infant sleep is a skill, one that can be shaped, supported, and built from the very first days of life.
That realization became the foundation of everything I do.
Over the past years, I've had the privilege of working inside some of the world's most private and discerning households, in New York, California and internationally, as a newborn care specialist, sleep consultant, and trusted member of family teams. I've supported families through those first overwhelming nights home from the hospital, through regressions and transitions, through toddlerhood and beyond.
What I've learned in those homes, the ones where nothing but excellence was acceptable, is what I bring to every family I work with now.

What I Know Now
Feeding a waking baby is not always the answer.
One of the most common responses to a waking baby is to feed them. It feels instinctive, it brings immediate calm, and it works in the moment. But hunger is rarely the only reason a baby wakes, and often it is not the reason at all.
It doesn't work that way.
Infant sleep is far more nuanced. It involves understanding a child's individual temperament, building the right routine for their developmental stage, and knowing how to identify the real reason a baby is struggling to connect sleep cycles. A hungry baby cries. But so does an overtired one, an overstimulated one, a baby whose schedule is misaligned with their natural rhythms.
Getting to the root of the problem is the work. And it requires expertise, patience, and a plan built specifically for that child, not a method applied to every baby the same way.
That's what Le Pause provides. Not a formula. A framework built around your family
Manila families deserve more than a plan delivered through a screen.
Sleep support has been growing in the Philippines, and that's a wonderful thing. But there is a level of care that a virtual plan, however well designed, simply cannot provide. A document does not teach a yaya. A video call cannot adjust to what's happening in the room in real time. And for families managing multiple caregivers across a busy household, implementation without guidance is where even the best plans fall apart.
For families who prefer virtual support, Le Pause offers that too. Every engagement is built around what works best for your household, whether that means a comprehensive virtual sleep plan with ongoing support, or hands-on in-home guidance from day one.
