How I can help
Every Le Pause engagement is built around your child, your household, and your goals. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
How I Work with Families
-
Book directly, no call needed. Best scheduled between 28 and 36 weeks.
Most new parents spend the first weeks searching for answers at 3 a.m. You won't.
This is a single session with a Certified Advanced Newborn Care Specialist, not a sleep consultant with a checklist, but someone who has spent 15 years inside private homes during those exact first weeks. We'll cover what your baby actually needs in the early days, how to set up an environment that supports rest, what normal looks like and what doesn't, and how to move through the first two weeks with clarity instead of panic.
You'll leave knowing what to expect, what to prepare, and what to do when things don't go according to plan — because some of them won't, and that's okay too.
What's included: A dedicated consultation covering newborn care fundamentals, sleep environment setup, product guidance, feeding and routine expectations, and a full Q&A.
Investment: $500

Starts with The First Pause
Birth to 12 weeks
This is not sleep training. It is the gentle shaping of your newborn's natural rhythms, so healthy sleep becomes the habit instead of the battle. Families who build this foundation early are the ones who rarely need formal sleep training later. The foundation does the work..
What's included: Comprehensive intake, 60-minute consultation, personalized newborn sleep shaping plan, sleep environment guidance, feeding and schedule support, and two weeks of email and scheduled text support.
Investment: $750

Imagine laying your child down awake, saying goodnight, and walking out of the room. No bouncing, no bargaining, no third trip down the hall. That's what this engagement builds: a plan designed around your child's temperament and stage, with two weeks of close support while the new normal takes hold. Whether your child has never slept independently, has recently started waking again, or is moving through a developmental leap, this is the core coaching engagement.
What's included: Comprehensive intake and sleep assessment, customized sleep plan, 60-minute consultation, two weeks of ongoing email and text support, schedule adjustments, and troubleshooting.

For families who want hands-on, in-home support implementing a sleep plan. Rather than working through a screen, I come to you, observing your baby's sleep environment and guiding you through the plan in real time.
In-home engagements are booked as a minimum of three consecutive nights. Meaningful, lasting sleep change doesn't happen in a single session. It takes consistency, observation, and adjustment across multiple nights to make sure the plan is truly working for your child.
And because sleep training is rarely a straight line, I stay close after I leave. The goal isn't just to get through the hardest nights together. It's to make sure you feel confident carrying the plan forward on your own.
Families outside of New York are welcome to book in-home support. Airfare and accommodations are covered as part of the engagement.
What's included: Pre-arrival intake and assessment, three consecutive nights of in-home coaching, bedtime and overnight support, real-time plan adjustments, a written sleep plan, and 10 days of scheduled follow-up support by email or text.
Investment: $5,000, plus travel and accommodations for engagements outside New York. Manila and international pricing available upon inquiry.

For families who already have a routine in place
Your child sleeps, but something isn't working. Maybe naps are a mess even though nights are fine. Maybe there's one wake-up you cannot crack. Maybe you're trying to drop the last night feed and hitting a wall. Maybe a regression hit and the plan that was working stopped working.
This session is for that one problem. Not a full sleep overhaul, not an open-ended call. We go deep on your specific issue, I give you a clear written action plan, and you have one week of follow-up support while you implement it.
If it becomes clear during our call that your child needs something more comprehensive, I'll tell you directly and we'll discuss the right next step.
What's included: A 60-minute consultation focused on your specific issue, a written recommendation, and one week of follow-up support by email or text.
Investment: $500
Book Tune-Up Consultation to get started.
Most engagements begin with the First Pause, a complimentary 30-minute call. Two services book directly: the Newborn Prep Consultation and the Sleep Tune-Up. Both are single, self-contained sessions.

You will never be asked to leave your baby alone to cry without a plan, without support, or against your instincts. Some crying can be part of change, because protest is how babies respond to something new, and I won't promise you a silent process. What I will promise: we choose an approach together based on your child's temperament and what you can sustain, you'll understand exactly what's happening and why at every step, and nothing in your plan will conflict with your values. There is a real difference between supported frustration and being left to figure it out alone. My work lives entirely on the first side of that line.
-
The First Pause is a complimentary 30-minute sleep assessment call. We talk through your child, your household, and what you've already tried. There's no pitch and no pressure. By the end of the call, you'll have clarity on where things stand and what kind of support makes sense for your family.
-
Come as you are. You don't need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. I'll ask about your child's age and sleep patterns, your caregiving setup, and what's feeling most challenging right now. If we're a good fit, I'll walk you through the right next step.
-
Yes. Virtual sleep coaching is available for families anywhere in the world. In-home support is available in New York, during pre-booked windows in Metro Manila, and internationally when families cover travel and accommodations. The right fit depends on your child's needs, your household setup, and what you're ready to invest.
-
From before baby arrives through age five. Most sleep consultants enter the picture at five or six months. I work with expectant parents before birth, with newborns from day one, and with families through the toddler years.
-
Most sleep consultants offer a virtual plan and leave families to implement it alone. Le Pause is built on 15 years of working inside private homes alongside the families and caregiving teams who actually do this work every day. Every plan is built specifically for your child and your household. For families in Metro Manila, I work directly with your yaya and household staff, not around them.
-
Most families see meaningful change within the first week of consistent implementation. The timeline depends on your child's age, temperament, and how consistently the plan is followed across every caregiver in the home. That's why every engagement includes follow-up support after the plan is delivered.
