How I can
help
Every Le Pause engagement is built around your child, your household, and your goals. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
Core Services
Sleep challenges look different at every stage. A newborn needs gentle rhythm-building. A four-month-old needs a foundation. A toddler needs consistency and boundaries. And every family needs a plan that actually fits how they live.
Below you'll find the core ways I work with families. If you're not sure which is right for you, The First Pause call is the best place to start.
-
Prenatal, before baby arrives
The best time to prepare for newborn sleep is before your baby is born. This consultation gives expectant parents a clear picture of what to expect in the early weeks, how to set up a sleep-supportive environment, and how to build healthy habits from day one.
What's included: Nursery and sleep space review, product guidance, newborn sleep education, feeding and routine planning, and a dedicated Q and A session.
Investment: $500

Birth to 12 weeks
The newborn stage is not about sleep training. It is about gently shaping your baby's natural sleep rhythms so healthy sleep habits form from the very beginning. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
What's included: Comprehensive intake, 60-minute consultation, personalized newborn sleep shaping plan, sleep environment guidance, feeding and schedule support, and two weeks of email and scheduled text support.
Investment: $750

4 months - 5 years
For families navigating sleep challenges beyond the newborn stage. Whether your child has never slept independently, has recently started waking again, or is transitioning through a developmental leap, this is the core coaching engagement.
What's included: Comprehensive intake and sleep assessment, customized sleep plan, 60-minute consultation, two weeks of ongoing email and text support, schedule adjustments, and troubleshooting.

Accordion Item 4:
In-Home Sleep Coaching
Available NationwideFor families who want hands-on, in-room support implementing a sleep plan. Rather than working through a screen, I come to you, observing your baby's sleep environment, guiding you and your caregiving team through the plan in real time, and making adjustments as needed.
In-home engagements are booked as a minimum of three consecutive nights. This structure is intentional. Meaningful, lasting sleep change doesn't happen in a single session. It requires consistency, observation, and real-time adjustment across multiple nights to ensure the plan is truly working for your child.
Sleep training is rarely a straight line, so I stay close after I leave. The goal isn't just to get your family through the hardest nights together. It's to make sure you and your caregiving team feel confident carrying the plan forward on your own.
Families outside of New York are welcome to book in-home support. Airfare and accommodations are covered as part of the engagement.
What's included: Pre-arrival intake and assessment, three consecutive nights of in-home coaching, bedtime and overnight support, real-time plan adjustments, a written sleep plan, caregiver and household staff training, and 10 days of scheduled follow-up support by email or text.
Investment: $5,000, plus travel and accommodations for engagements outside New York. Manila and international pricing available upon inquiry.

Additional Support
The following services are available as standalone engagements, for families who already have a routine in place but need targeted support.
-
For families who already have a routine in place
This is not a full sleep plan. It's a focused session for families who have the foundation right but are stuck on one specific, contained issue: a stalled nap transition, a stubborn early wake-up, weaning the last night feed, or troubleshooting a recent regression.
What's included: A 60-minute consultation focused on your specific issue, written recommendations, and one week of follow-up support by email or text.
If during our call it becomes clear your child needs a more comprehensive plan, I'll let you know and we can discuss the right next step. This session is scoped to one issue, not a full sleep overhaul.

A personalized sleep plan is only as effective as the people implementing it. Consistency across every caregiver is what makes a sleep plan work. This service trains yayas, nannies, and household staff to understand and execute your child's specific sleep plan, not generic sleep theory, but the actual approach built for your baby.
This is especially valuable alongside In-Home Sleep Coaching, where consistency across every caregiver in the household determines how quickly and how well a sleep plan takes hold.
What's included: A personalized sleep plan built around your child, a structured session walking your caregiving team through it step by step, and guidance on maintaining consistency across every adult involved in bedtime and naps.
Investment: $1,500 for up to three participants. $250 for each additional participant.
